Background and History

Denver University, or University of Denver (DU), was founded in 1864 and was originally known as Colorado Seminary. Throughout the years, the institution grew and is currently one of the most respected and well known universities in the world. The University of Denver has adapted well to change through the years and has added an online program based at DU's graduate school called University College.
